Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase. You may return any item to us for a refund (or replacement) within 14 days as long as the product is unopened, unworn or unused and returned with all accessories, batteries or free gifts.

We ask you to inspect all items immediately upon receipt and to inform Lusty Love Malta as soon as possible if any of your goods are faulty. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product and it is working correctly as soon as possible upon receiving the parcel.

Should our lingerie or clothing items not fit you can simply send them back to us for a refund or replacement. Please be careful when trying on, as we cannot accept returned items that have been damaged whilst trying on. For hygiene reasons we ask that when trying on lingerie or clothing you keep your own underwear underneath. You must keep all tags and labels intact when returning items and send them back in the original packaging. If they are broken or removed we cannot accept the returned product.

Unless the returned items are faulty, you must send them back to us at your own expense. We will only issue a full refund if the product is received back by us and found to be faulty.
